Disappointing Room wasn't clean. Air conditioning wasn't working good enough..filter extremely dirty and no one came to clean it. Shower didn't work.
Poor I understand it being covid but they didn’t have rags, or a blanket for the bed. Shower head had a plastic bag tied around it and the blow drier didn’t work. The location was perfect though everything you could want was around walking distance too.

The rooms weren’t clean. No towels in bathrooms. Called receptionist several times to get me some towels. They never pic Everything Only the location
Very Poor Plain and simple I was eaten up by bedbugs and have numerous bites all over my body. I could not get any sleep and I left the room at 3:00 am in the morning. When I asked the gentleman at the front desk about getting a refund he told me I have to call headquarters. My stay there that night was the worst I ever experienced at a hotel, I'll never go there again!

Poor Tuve que esperar a la recepcionista por casi 20 min. No había nadie en el front desk al llegar para el check in. No había sábana intermedia, solo la del colchón y una frazada directamente.
