Fair Hotel is right next to a bridge where the subway goes and makes noise all the time. At night there was some noisy road work going outside. Limited parking space. Breakfast was minimal - cereal, coffee, juice, donuts and bagels. Some eggs and sausage which did not look appetizing at all.

Muy por debajo de las expectativas El personal no es nada agradable. Tuvimos problemas 2 veces con las tarjetas de las puertas y fueron muy antipáticos. El primer día nos dieron una habitación en el sótano, había cucarachas. Nos trasladaron a otra (a la habitación de al lado...)y a la mañana siguiente había cucarachas otra vez. The hotel was good to cheaply sleep somewhere close to Manhattan, but that's it. Don't expect more. - The bed was quite hard, the breakfast crappy, the personnel weren't particularly happy, quite indifferent. The doors let trough them every single sound, causing us to wake up several times during the night when people walked by talking. - Also: all their breakfast was served on disposable dishes, with disposable cutlery, and disposable coffee cups, which were all gathered in rest waste. Don't stay here unless everywhere else has been booked up or is too expensive. The sink and air-conditioning in the original room we were given were spoilt, but the staff were reluctant to give us another room. It was only when they were unable to fix these defects that they relented. The staff then assigned us another room, but the door lock was not working so even they couldn't access the room. Hôtel vieillot L’isolation des chambre et des fenêtre n’est pas terrible. On entend les gens claquer leur porte, le bruit de la rue. Le linge de lit, literie et deco est passé d’âge. Odeur pas très fraîche côté toilette. Le petit déjeuner laisse vraiment à désirer. Le pain n’est pas très frais, les fruits ne sont pas toujours au rendez-vous, pas beaucoup de choix et je n’ai même pas oser toucher aux omelettes parfaitement jaune et rondes reconstituées.
