Very Poor There was some noise coming from the bathroom and no one could fix it. The noise continued the entire night (hence coudn't sleep will) and hotel was unwilling to change room as well. Staff friendliness
Poor Schimmel im Bad, Kakerlake im Bad, schmutzig im Zimmer, katastrophales Frühstück (haben ab dem 2. Tag woanders gefrühstückt), teilweise so kalt im Zimmer, dass wir mit Pullover u. Socken schlafen mussten, Zimmer im Untergeschoss/Keller mit kaum Tageslicht, irreführendes Bild der Unterkunft im Internet, da nur Kellergeschloss und Erdgeschoss zum Hotel gehören und der Eindruck erweckt wird, das ganze Gebäude gehört zum Hotel Das einzig Positive war die Lage mit kurzem Fussweg zur Subway und schneller Anbindung an Manhatta... read more

Disappointing Bad cleaning, old furniture, the rooms next door made noises. Breakfast little variety and only sweet, no salty options Expensive price by value. Location is good, near to subway station, good conections to Manhattan.
Good Gute Anbindung mit der Metro. Das Frühstück war überschaubar. Aus meiner Sicht aber nicht schlimm, da in 100 m Entfernung ein sehr gutes diner mit gutem Frühstück und super netten Personal ist! Zu empfehlen ist auch Maggy‘s Pub. Der ist ca.300 m entfernt.
Fair The rooms were run down, the bathroom mouldy and the mattresses extremely saggy. The location of the hotel is good, it only takes about 15 minutes to Manhattan by subway.
Elemental y básico La atención de los hindúes no sé si por su cultura pero son jetones La facilidad con el metro en frente llegas a Manhattan en la quinta avenida en 10 min es lo mejor de ese hotel

Room to improve Does not have elevator from ground. The door card was a nightmare to use, we had to swipe it like 10 times to open the door. The breakfast was the same and did nota had variety. Smelly carpet and dated decoration. The bathroom was clean Very nice neighborhood.
