Staff very unfriendly and unprofessional The furniture is very old. It seems that the owner is investing no money in the building. Our toilet leaked in our bathroom. My wife and I left the hotel after we explained the issue the manager. He confirmed that a plumber will come that day and fix the toilet. We got back the night and nothing was done. The manager was gone and his colleague didn’t know anything about the issue. Finally, we slept in the hotel room even when it smelled strongly.

Pleasant Hotelkamer was goed alleen een beetje stoffig en de keuze van het ontbijt is niet ruim. Hotel ligt op loopafstand van een metrostation van lijn 7 waardoor je binnen no-time in Manhattan bent.

Fair I booked a room with a hot tub and it was broken. I got moved to a different room with no tub and in that room there were parts of the bath tub that was broken. The guy at the front desk was nice.
Muy buena relación calidad-precio Por destacar algo, el desayuno. No hay mucha variedad, solo donuts, goffres y salchichas con tortilla. Se echa de menos fruta de calidad u otra alternativa, pero vamos, que tampoco estaba tan mal. El café horrible, pero creo que es un problema en EEUU. Hotel ubicado cerca del metro y a 15 minutos en metro del centro de Manhattan. Pequeño pero acogedor. Pedimos una habitación para cuatro personas y ni tal mal. Las camas bien y el baño normal. Destacaría la ubicación que tiene.
Fair Personalet. Vi ankom sent om aftenen og værelset var ikke klar, så vi måtte vente en halv time. Værelset var ikke super rent, men det fungerede. Beliggenheden er super og hotellet er OK prisen taget i betragtning.
