would not recommended, better value elsewhere, an pay more next time to get better option room 300, you can break in with a standard plastic card because the construction between door frame and door has a massive gap i told the manager, and didn't apologize or act concerned. asked me if i the room needed re cleaning and then would switch me to a room. pretty sure he asked me about re cleaning because he would just give it to someone else. very concerned that this is how they run the property also, the facility as a whole is ... read more

First New York family trip Sheets, towels, room and bathroom need to be more cleaner than we experienced. Location and subway/ train proximity
Poor condition for money we pay. Curtain and lining desperately need to be replaced. Stayed two different nights. One room AC unit top part was broken so we had to cover with towel to prevent dusts to blowing. Carpet was smelled. Bed cover was dirty and smelled Location for we we needed to go and free parking( that’s if we get there in right time)
Vicino alla metro, senza infamia e senza lode. Ho prenotato questo albergo per avere il parcheggio dell'auto, ma il parcheggio non era mai disponibile. Nè alla sera tardi, nè al mattino presto, ma non è che ti chiamassero quando si liberavano i posti, dovevi andare tu continuamente alla reception. Inoltre mancava la cassaforte in camera. L'hotel è senza infamia e senza lode. Comodo per la vicinanza alla metropolitana.
