Poor Room they gave to us was next to the all the entrances I couldn't sleep all night...and I have to go to the wedding wich I didn't go I spouse to go to the wedding long island I didnt go because I didn't have enough sleep
Okay We asked for replacement towels and the chamber maids kept on passing us to another chamber maid rather than just replace the towels, which they did at the end. The chamber maids should just replace the towels instead of passing the clients from one another. Location was near the Subway Station. It would also help that the hotel provide a weighing scale for the luggage to be weighed in the lobby for hotel occupants when checking-out .

Poor Limpieza de la habitación fatal, los gaveteros rotos, televisión dañada, el baño horrible, sábanas y toallas rotas, cucarachas en las camas. Fumaban en los cuartos marihuana y el olor estaba por todos lados. A la verdad una mala experiencia. Me había quedado anteriormente en hoteles La Quinta y no es la imagen a lo que estábamos acostumbrados como hotel familiar. Localización buena. El personal amable.
