IT did'nt meet my expectation The staff were rude and unkind especially the front desk staff in the afternoon. Location
stayed one night it was acceptable but overpriced price, breakfast, odor location
Hotel cómodo y a 15 minutos en metro de Times Square El desayuno y el desayunador. El desayuno no es muy variado. La atención de los recepcionistas, en especial Sam que fue muy considerado. La cercanía al metro línea 7 que en 15 minutos deja en Times Square.

Not very happy! I was in a king room with sofabed. The sofabed was leather/vinyl. We were not provided with any additional sheets, pillows or covers for the sofabed. Stayed 2 nights. We had to ask several times & got the run around by the frontdesk. Finally got sheets the night before check out. Smh...We also tried to get military discount...provided proof but was told it need to be done online. Didnt get a prompt online to deduct for discount. The breakfast was good & the room was clean
