Not happy Carpets are dirty. No stopper for tub so could not take bath. Water adjustment on tub broken and hard to use. Some of the help spoke very little English, the repair man, and did not understand what I was saying. Had to carry bags up or down a small flight of stairs, asked to use the handicap elevator and were told to use steps with no offer of help. We are 2 ladies in late 70’s.
Very Poor What didn’t I like about the property and room 425? Hmmm.... how about everything. To narrow “everything” into details I’d have to describe the bedbugs, the bedbugs, and the bedbugs. Then I’d have to share that the toilet flush was broken, the floor had mouse poop, our door lock would not accept the key cards so we had to inform maintenance man when we returned so he can open door with an actual key, the elevator was malfunctioning at arrival, refrigerator was broken, lock screws on door were unscrewing.
