Disappointing Un general the room and the hotel Was seen unclear breakfast room as well. Breakfast room was too small. Free car parking And the location
It was bad I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone The room was not clean at all there was mold on towels

Poor Bathroom was dirty. I found hair and dust on the sink. Even though they have available rooms, they did not let us check-in earlier than exact check-in time. They asked $400 for earlier check-in. Hotel has a weird smell on the halls and in the room. I do not recommend this hotel. The only thing that I like about the hotel is the location. It is located 3 min. walk from the 40 St-Lowery station. You can take Line 7 to get Time Square in 15 min.
Worse decision of my booking.com experience. The whole purpose of our stay was to utilize the hot tub. This was a true disappointment. The staff mixed up the rooms we were given. I even made a request of a Hugh floor, and was given a basement room with a non working hot tub. I was charged for the entire room. I didn’t even bother staying til check out. Very Poor
Worse hotel EVER! Management, location, cleanliness, and pricing. Definitely not worth the $300 i paid. Didn’t even sleep there I drove back to PA before staying overnight in that hotel. Jacuzzi tub was falling apart, buttons missing and all. Stains, and what it looked like dead flower leaves under the bedding, looks like they changed the sheets “if the even did” and threw it right over the debris. Alla larga!!! Triste e squallido Gestione indiana terribile personale indisponente e aggressivi. L'ambiente non coerente alle foto. Sporchi e colazione terribile Tende e moquette mai puliti Abbiamo chiesto cambiamenti per il nostro soggiorno e sono stati ignorati totalmente. Il letto King size era comodissimo, l'unica cosa positiva.
