Gestione prenotazione pessima. Siamo arrivati e non c’era la camera Pessima colazione
no lo recomiendo la habitacion sucia, bano sucio. desayuno pesimo, solo hay una tostadora, mala calidad.
Bathroom is not in decent status and staff are unprofessional Staff was not professional. I called their front desk for inquiries multiple times and they simply picked up the phone and put it aside, without saying a word. Towels are dirty apparently and looked like it was used to swipe floors. There is a huge noise when you flush the toilet. location is ok. near subway line 7, 30 mins to time square.
No recomiendo Estas en muy mal estado. Sucio, paredes sucias, y servicio del desayuno pesimo, solo ima tostadora para calentar, etc,, Solo la ubicacion

Very Poor Molto scorretti con i clienti, camere non garantite nonostante la prenotazione mesi prima con booking , disdetta dalla gestione dell' albergo la sera del nostro arrivo con una scusa che la carta di credito non era valida, e costretti a dormire in una camera di ricupero in quattro, perché le camere erano già state tutte vendute, e pagata con la stessa carta di credito dichiarata non valida, chiedendoci di rinunciare alla prenotazione fatta con booking, e chiedendoci inoltre un prezzo superiore a quello già concordat... read more
