Not worth what we paid - Poor value for your money - Smelt damp - Bathroom was dirty! - Only received one small bottle of shampoo for three of us! - We requested a crib on our booking, but did not receive - None of the telephones in the hotel were working - The "free" breakfast, for the price we paid ($100+ per night), was AWFUL! All processed and high in sugar (except the two bananas and three appales). The breakfast staff were friendly
Not worth the money Despite the very clean hall appearance, the carpet in our room (207) was dirty and the beds were very uncomfortable. The room was directly above the entrance area and the lights remained on 24/7. It never got truly dark in our room. The towels and bed linens had long dark hairs on them. Room was $165 per night. Top that with NO ELEVATOR! Hotel was pet-friendly which was the ONLY reason we chose it.
