Will not stay at this property again. Room to small. Hair in the tub. Stayed 2 nights and asked for the room to be cleaned. The room was never cleaned. The outside excess door was broken and remained unlocked - very unsafe. There was a crack in the room door and you could see light. No water for the coffee pot. Parking lot dark. Traffic noise. Disappointing I had reserved two night stay, when I said I wanted to pay cash, it was said that its a, Wyndam policy not to accept cash. THATS CRAZY! I WAS INFURIATED. I THEN went next door to the Fairfield which gladly accepted my cash. The offered price and location

Fair It was ok, the bathroom was very small. The room rate was a bit high for one night, I wont be staying there in future trips to San Antonio. For that rate Ill just stay at the Hampton.

Mold and Mildew It smelled of mold and mildew. Plus there was a sewage drain under the sink and vanity area and it smelled of nasty raw sewage in the morning when we woke up. Thankful we was there just the one night. Never again will we stay.
LaQuinta let us down! The rooms and beds were tiny compared to other La Quintas we stayed at and the beds were so uncomfortable. The bathroom was so small you had to leave the room to turn around and the water pressure was awful! And they would not add my stay to my LaQuinta points :( The young man who checked us in was great and put mine and my sisters families rooms next to each other. He did not have to do that but he did and we appreciated it.
