Rude employee I got a random phone call saying I was being too loud from an employee. I told the man I had no idea what he was talking about because I was literally sitting in silence and I was alone. He basically called me a liar and threatened to kick me out of my room. I didn't even turn my tv on or take a shower because I was afraid of being evicted. Everything was very clean and spacious!
Exceptional Allowing so many pets in the hotel is a real nuisance to your other guest. We could hear dogs yelping and barking on several mornings. If you need to allow guest with pets put them away from your other guest.

If I had clean towels and the night clerk wasn't rude I wouldn of really enjoyed myself Night Clerk wouldn't give me new towels and was rude, said I had to wait until 7 am the next morning, but in a very rude way.
