Good The elevator was too slow It is comfortable
Great stay and great price, I will stay again. Over all the whole process was easy. I liked how they had a pumpkin contest. My family voted. Breakfast was great. Room was clean. Everything was perfect. I could not ask for more.

Sister trip The shower to the pool wasn't working Clean, close to stores and sites
Good The outside lights identifying the hotel aren't very visible. We drove right by the hotel and missed seeing it BREAKFAST WAS GOOD
Nice place to stay in Allen, TX. It would have been nice to have a small lounge with a bar. Coming off of the road after a long drive in traffic could have been eased with an adult beverage or two. The property had easy access and was clean.
Bad need of remodel Needs to be remodeled. The window leaked in the rain, the wallpaper is buckling, plumbing is corroding.
Excellent Always like softer beds. Polite, friendly staff. Clean.
Good The front desk worker...when we arrived we had to wait 10 minutes before someone came to check us in and when we check out they could not print us a receipt. How clean it was.
