Okay for your money. The heater in our room was very loud and I know you can't control this but the the hallways smelled like someone was smoking. I also felt that the bed needed to be changed since there was a dip in the middle. The furniture was well used. The location was very good.
Great place to stay. Very comfortable :) The tub shown online was much bigger than the standard tub that was in our room which was disappointing. The beds and pillows were super cozy. The staff was polite. Very clean.
wonderful Bed is too high for Asian customer.
Rude employee I got a random phone call saying I was being too loud from an employee. I told the man I had no idea what he was talking about because I was literally sitting in silence and I was alone. He basically called me a liar and threatened to kick me out of my room. I didn't even turn my tv on or take a shower because I was afraid of being evicted. Everything was very clean and spacious!
Exceptional Allowing so many pets in the hotel is a real nuisance to your other guest. We could hear dogs yelping and barking on several mornings. If you need to allow guest with pets put them away from your other guest.
