Average Hotel, Great Location. The hotel itself is in average condition. There's nothing wrong, just not much that catches your attention. The room was basic, but clean and in good working order. The staff was helpful and accomodating. The best feature about this hotel is its location. If you going to Six Flags, a Ranger's game, or the Arlington convention center, the location is perfect for a frugal budget.
Economical and accessible to family attractions. Enjoyed the shuttle service to the convention center. They were on schedule. The breakfast is wonderful. The best waffles I have ever had. A great variety of breakfast choices. The Front Desk was very professional.
Blame me for your mistake When checking in I was given my room key when I went to my room there was a guest already in the room with a dog. I went downstairs and they acted like it was my fault they gave me a wrong room! When getting a shuttle for six flags one person was charging $8 per family the other girl was charging $8 per person! It was all a complete mistake going to this hotel
I booked two beds and a sofa bed and I didn’t receive it. They gave me a card and instead which wasn’t sufficient.
Smelled dirty when u walked in the lobby.

Air conditioning blew hot all night long. You could set the thermostat to whatever you wanted but it did what it wanted.
What I liked was that the property was near to the venue that my family and I attended. What I did not like was the smell of the lobby area, the hallway and the rooms. The carpet had an odor that indicates that the carpet was dirty and wet. It was especially bad when you leave and return to the room. Also my kid left her switch 2 in the room when we checked out, we called the hotel and they promised that they would check with house keeping but they never even returned the call to say it was found or not.
Staff is very nice. However, when we checked in, there were dirty socks under the table. Contacted the staff through the app, but never received a response.
