AC in rooms need to be cleaned out. Doesn’t blow cold air that well. Carpet smells muggy and wet. Got hives first night from sheets. Thought I had a break out from food. Second night next morning, I broke out worse. Something they use for their detergent.

I liked that property was easy to access. I did not like the fact that I prepaid for my room via Expedia and the room I reserved was not held. The room was also non-refundable. There were 2 adults and 2 teenagers in my party and we ended with (2) full size double bed instead of the king bed with sleeper sofa that we reserved. I did not get any sleep due to trying to share the small bed with my partner. We are both over 5'10. I tried the sleeper sofa and it was even more uncomfortable. Location is very convenient to a lot of places. The AC didnt worked in our room. It was cooler outside than in our room. Breakfast was good but ended too early, hours are until 9am. The "Grill" restaurant is only open for 2 hrs!!! Food ordering ends at 7pm!!! Our door/keys kept getting deactivated. Had to go to the front desk numerous times just to be able to enter our room.

Noisy AC, dirty room, dirty pool, I lighting in the jacuzzi, no smiles from the staff.

I am so sorry. We will get the light fixed. Our pool opens in March, but we should have it clean regardless
Everything was good about our stay except we only had warm water in the shower. The sink had hot water that would almost burn your hands, but not the shower. Said something to the front desk but had no response. Basically, we would get in the shower wash our hair and jump out. Maximum stay in there was about 2 minutes is al you could stand.
