Will never stay here again. What used to be a great option has declined over time and this last stay was the final straw. I was locked out of my room multiple times during my stay. Once for hours. I was then placed in a room that had two small beds ultimately being displaced from the suite I paid for as well as all of my belongings other than what I was wearing and my purse. There was no apology and no offer for even a toothbrush especially given that I had nothing. Then at 5 am someone came to the room and said that I could... read more

Overall property was OK. Heat did not work in room. Just blew cold air. Don’t have another room to swap to as they were having a convention.

Roaches in the room,No water was provided my wife was told to drink tap water.It was a loud party keeping me up all night.I do not recommend this place

Cotton Bowl Check in service was outstanding and courteous. Friday evening receptionist was not helpful and at times rude.

Disappointing ride The overall stay was a good experience. We've stayed there before and enjoyed our stay. The one area we didn't like was the shuttle ride to AT&T Stadium. There was only one shuttle running each way and definitely too many people to ride. Residents were allowed to ride with open containers of beer and obviously drunk. After the games we had to wait a half an hour as we had to wait as the shuttle returned from an "airport run" and some of the riders had to wait for him to return from the hotel. Stayed for one night. Chose this location because it was close to our concert at Globe Life Field. One of the perks for choosing this Hotel was on site bar/restaurant. The service was ridiculously slow, they obviously weren’t prepared for the amount of people prior to a concert. The times of the bar stated they served until 2 AM, we got back to the hotel at midnight and everything was already shut down. The beds were comfortable enough. No other issues. My experience The exterior trash receptacles were overflowing and roaches and rodents were noted in the parking lot. The pool while open was chemically imbalanced to the point that you could not see the bottom of a 4 foot deep pool. The grill at the hotel, which is the only option for food closes at seven so if you are out at the park, you’ll have to eat elsewhere before returning.
