Charged our card on arrival, then double charges for use of the shuttle van, then charges another miscellaneous charge, then charged a no-show fee. They cancelled our room keys from operating when we returned from a concert after midnight and listed us as a no-show. Discovered that our original charge on our credit card was placed on another room on another floor under someone else’s name. Morning staff was very helpful! Night staff not so much. Had a hot room an she said she didn’t have no other rooms to move us too! Brought me a fan that did no justice for us. Morning lady came in at 7am an moved me right away to another room!

They gave our room away after confirming our stay and stating we would have late arrival. They sold our room out from under us and had no other rooms.

Room was clean and comfortable. Tv did not work asked for help3 times.. no one ever came. Property allows dogs.. which was awful a room two doors down .. left a dog in their room and it BARKED continuiously. Shuttle to a concert was terrible.. ended up left in the rain to get an Uber. More than half the shuttle riders were lined up for a refund. Which they promised would be issued to the room. That didn’t happen.

I got charger twice when I already paid online and there were people drinking in brown paper bags outside and dirty diapers were thrown in the parking lot

I didn’t even stay at the property because it booked for the wrong dates attempted to change the dates by contacting the hotel and Expedia but wasn’t any help in canceling/ moving the dates evening though I called within 10 minutes of making the reservation was no help at all just took my money for a room I couldn’t stay in

We booked here for the jacuzzi and pool. I called 2 days before stay they said it qorked. When we got there, they told me it didn't. We left and to Best Western, we never stayes at the La Quinta and the guy still checked us in after he told me he issued a refund.. He never did. I have to call many times, their phone lines aren't working properly. I had to go back to the location and talk to a young lady about the refund that was never issued.
