Pleasant I was disappointed in the 1st room that I was given because of the tv and the phone not working. I had to go down to the lobby since I couldn't use the phone. I told the first desk clerk about the situation at 2. She stated that the maintenance people wouldn't be till 3. I waited till 4:15 and nobody came so I had to go back to the lobby where there was a different desk clerk explained the situation again and requested that either the tv gets fixed or move me to another room. Awesome Jasmine (so sorry if I didn’t spell her name correctly) was incredibly helpful and kind. She gave us a restaurant list for the city and was overall so nice and professional! We were very thankful.

Great for a one night stay The room was a bit warm no matter how much you turned the AC down. This was a bit after the famous freeze so I'm sure there are things that weren't working. No breakfast, but that is okay with me. Very easy to get to and check-in was super easy and quick. The room was clean which made me feel safe. The location was great, close to restaurants and shopping. Great value for a one night stay.

Very Good
Very nice just one bad thing need a walking shower over a tub shower That the shower was a walk in so it was help people who are in wheelchair or who have hard time lifting thee legs to get in the shower How the staff made sure my mother in law was taken care of and made sure she was comfortable and felt safe

Good, but was so much better during previous stays. The hallways were unclean, as well as the stairways. They remained dirty for the 3 days I stayed there. The shower in my room was not working, I reported it and it was never fixed so used the adjoining suite shower. The service was great. The rooms were comfortable. The location was perfect.
Pleasant We’ve been staying at this LaQuinta whenever we travel to Austin to visit family. When Wyndham first took over the property it was very well maintained. Over the last couple of years that has declined and appears to be falling into disrepair, much like many of the other Wyndham properties. Very disappointing Location and accessibility
