Good hotel but don´t book long in advance Noisy children around the pool area after 11pm; where was the staff and where were the parents. I reserved well in advance but noticed that had I booked 3 days before the rate would have been 40% cheaper... The room was spacious and the bed was great

Bad Amenities included Breakfast however next morning I got up and there was no breakfast served this was stated in the fine print at the end of the booking email below where it was stated that breakfast WAS INCLUDED . Fire alarm went off at 1am false alarm outside until fire department cleared hotel safe about 1:45am. Room was big and clean
Very Poor I didn’t like how the rooms smelled mildewed, the tub was rusted really bad, there were broken items in the room. We had to ask front desk to move us to another room and that wasn’t any better. We decided to cancel reservations and move to somewhere else. Didn’t feel the safest as two women staying on a girls trip. Lots of men construction workers in the hotel on every single floor loud and hanging out. I liked the location of the property about 15 minutes from downtown.
Never again The design of the hotel is old. Had to walk a whole corridor, past many rooms to get to the elevator. That is a very poor design as the elevator should be close to the lobby. The elevator shaft is not air conditioned, so the ride was very uncomfortable. We couldn't get into our room initially. After returning to the front desk, I was told some of the door mechanisms are "wonky," and upon inserting the door card, I must lift the door handle up instead of down! Fix your broken doors! Dirty It was dirty, A/C was very dirty, the bed was very soft The location
Fair The front desk guy was very nice when I checked in. OOPS, I reversed the 2 answers Very much in need of updating and repairs. Outside doors are very scetchy (don’t close all the way and lock coming from parking lot). Also was pretty concerned the elevator might actually break down while we were in it. Fresh bananas or oranges or apples would be nice with breakfast for people to grab on the go that don’t or can’t eat the processed “hot breakfast”.

Disappointing The restrooms were dirty, with hair stuck to the walls. During the three days we stayed there, we never received room service. The shower water was consistently too hot, the pool was empty, and the elevator was out of order most of the time. Nothing.
