Beautiful Hotel This hotel was comfortable and had either been remodeled it is new. My standard room was just beautiful and clean! And the staff was very professional and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!

We only stayed one night, but the room was clean. The pool and hot tub were decent, and it was nice and close to the airport. Also free breakfast and wifi!

The temp if the room was way too warm when we got there and it too a while to cool it down.

Spend the Extra $10 and go next door Pros: Spacious room Cons: Air conditioning, quality of breakfast, cleaner bathroom The initial impact of the hotel is nice--the lobby is spacious and pleasantly decorated. The room is large. However, there were a few "small" things that made me wish I had spent the extra $10 and booked with their competitor next door. 1. There were black hairs in my tub/shower. Quick airport stay! Needed a room before an early flight. Was great, relaxing and the shuttle to airport in the morning was great! Staff as friendly and accommodating. Am only upset I didn't wake up quite early enough to make a Texas-shaped waffle!

Decent hotel with free airport shuttle service Pros: The airport shuttle service is great. Very prompt and friendly. Cons: I know it's Texas in summer but the fact that they had a literal PILE of dead bugs in the lobby seems a little excessive. Location: The location is convenient to downtown Austin. Overall our stay was fine--we did have a problem with a clogged toilet but they were prompt in responding. Very Nice hotel close to the airport. Pros: Everything! Room was clean, comfortable, had a fridge, and a nice breakfast. Staff both at night and in the morning were outstanding. Cons: Orange juice was terrible. Location: It was close to the airport, restaurants, and gas. My bifocal glasses fell on the floor in the night. I did not realize until I was at the airport. Perfect! Perfectly matched our needs. A clean quiet place to rest. Good resturants close by, ... Starbucks! And the free breakfast is totally complete! Will revisit for sure!
