good stay no parking location

Pleasant
Pleasant Room was tiny, not worth the price. Kids were slamming doors and running the halls late at night and early in the morning. Very nice staff, nice hot breakfast

I am very happy our staff was nice and helpful. I appreciate someone noticing our efforts. I am sorry about the kids. Up to today, there is a huge robotics competition going on with kids being the main competitors. It is great seeing the future of technology running around our hallways, but I too wish they were more quiet about it. We will address this as much as we can while they are still here. Recommend for a short stay. The toiletries were rather modest so I used my own. There is a train line quite close by although I’m hard of hearing and my partner can’t hear a thing when he removes his hearing aides so it didn’t really disturb us. I really only heard it when I was awake. The room was comfortable and the location was fine. The free coffee was very welcome. In fact, for machine coffee it was quite good.

Good location but on the expensive side for the value It doesn’t have a parking and the staff at the reception sent you us to a parking lot that was not the one we were supposed to park to have the hotel discount prices. The sheet that covered the box spring had a food stain that I guess had been there like forever. When riding the elevator back to the room after breakfast we found folded towels on the floor that a housekeeper picked up to take to a room. Exceptional N/a Room excellent, great facilities. Good choice at breakfast and area kept spotless by the lady in charge of that area. Location for the Texas Boom Depositry excellent. View from our window of the Depositry and view of the hotel from same place.

It was a very convenient place to stay The simple cosmetic stuff like the sink being broken, the the time to the bathroom floor being cracked and hairs in the shower were a little disappointing. I also wasn’t informed on my parking options until I already checked out which could have saved me money. My view was amazing and the cleanliness of the room was impressive.
