Very Good the wifi was very frustrating; it kept kicking me off
Pleasant Very small rooms, no parking. They do give you a discount on a pay parking lot but it's 2 blocks away from the hotel. Location was perfect, close to union Station and the venue I was going to so I could walk every where

cooooool we need more coffee choice the one proposed was too weak. free water would be good as well the situation of the hotel near the tram and also the main attraction of Dallas

Great location but staff could be more attentive. staff was not attentive or accommodating. The staff member that checked us in took a call in her personal cell phone while we waited at the counter. the other staff member the next day was sitting in a chair in the lobby playing on her phone while we had to go over and ask for towels. location
