Very Good I was disappointed about paying for parking

Parking in Dallas downtown, like in any other major metropolitan area, is always an expensive and inconvenient issue. Our guests can always load and unload in front of the hotel for free. We know this is not an ideal solution, but we hope it helps a little. All hotels around here have paid parking as well. Thank you for leaving us a great review despite the parking situation. Exceptional
My stay was ok just a bit louder than expected. I could hear people in the hall slamming doors knocking loudly and being loud. The friendliness of the staff.

Exceptional There was a piece of the bathroom vanity that fell off when we first entered the bathroom. The door of the vanity seem to not be attached properly. Loved the location and then we could walk to most places we wanted to see.

Pleasant
Brilliant modern hotel in an exceptional location Very comfortable room in a great location in downtown Dallas! Paid extra for a city view and it did't disappoint, beautiful view of Reunion tower. The included breakfast was also great, much better than I would usually find in a hotel. Manager Neal was also very helpful so thank you to him. Would definately return for my next stay in Dallas and absolutely recommend!
