THE ABSOLUTELY hotel I’ve ever stayed at! I want my money back. The hotel was also not clean. Upon attempting to check in noticed this hotel was in a very unsafe area and poorly lit parking lot. I did not stay and ask to cancel my reservation.

Disappointing Booked online with booking.com and was charged twice again at receptionist.
Will not stay here again, Not the room I requested and over charged 159$ Pool was not cleaned. Bad customer service. No solutions to my reservation for the 4 days. Breakfast was good. The place is nice and very clean, but customer service was awful. I'm not sure because I reserved through booking.com or what. But I spent good 25 minutes trying to check in got over charged 159$ while my card still had a hold deposit too. Fair the staff was super loud when cleaning the rooms. banging doors etc
Fair Bathroom was not clean tub didn't look clean small just not what I was expecting room just felt not clean when I walked in comforter wasn't clean and breakfast not good just thought since it had been remodeled would've been a better condition.
