Okay hotel, but I would not stay again The lobby was super clean and smelled good, but the gym smelled like sweaty socks and had no wipes to clean off the equipment. Also, some of the equipment was broken. There was no air flow in it and it was hot. Our room was on the 3rd floor and as soon as we got off the elevator the hallway smelled horrible. Fair Front desk clerk was unfriendly. You have charged me twice according to my bank account! Breakfast
My stay was great. I would definitely stay again. The little young lady at the front desk did not like to be bothered. I can tell during my check in process that she wasn't to friendly. I came back later to purchase a sofa from the vending area and her actions quickly let me know that she did not want to be bothered. I think she may have been studying for a test or something on the computer. Other than the staff member who checked me in they stay was great.. The breakfast was ok no complaints.
Poor I have to pay twice, I was not prepared for that. If my husband would not have had the extra my family would be sleeping on the road and I would have lost money. The pull out bed would not stay up and my kids had to lay up and down on the pull out bed. The hotel did everything they could to make it right what Booking.com did wrong.
I will not be using them again The bugs in my room and a staff member who didn't care about the problem not much
