Poor Our room was next to the elevators, you could hear everyone being so loud. Didn’t help that there was kids just playing in the elevators running through the hotel floors being loud even at night time hours. But the hotel was so beautiful and clean.
Fair The front desk lady couldn't find my reservation, she said that there was only one room reserved. Then she went ahead and gave me 2 rooms and about 3hrs after I had checked in the front desk called me and ask me if I still needed that 3rd room I never made a reservation for 3 rooms it was 2rooms and I was charged for 3 rooms The quietness
Disappointing
Reason for getting hotel Reason I got this hotel was because the breakfast for my kids. Getting there i wasn’t told all they were giving us was a water,orange juice and a apple! Like really! I understand because of the covid they changed it but at least let us know at check in. How clean the room was

I don’t think I’ll book with them again I’m still waiting to get my booking fee back I reserved reservation online just to get there and they told my they gave my reservation away... Very very poor customer service quality... No remorse or care that I had to find another room which was located beside them at Super 8 Motel No offense to super 8 but it’s a big difference from what I booked for my accommodation 🤦🤦 The hotel was very very nice
Unclesn Unkept hotel
alittle disappointed. the advertisement said it included breakfast. They did not have any except a bag of water, juice, muffin and apple. I did not care for this. I could have stayed at other nicer places without breakfast for the less or same costs. nothing went wrong except no breakfast.
