Very Poor Room was already. Nothing the customer service skill at service desk was very Unpleasant. Unprofessional.

It was surprising The walls were unbearably thin. All I could heard were running and screams for hours. Once the front desk was involved , they attempt to access the situation but in the end it persisted all night until check out the next day. Also, I found little black bugs on the nightstand.
Fair The bed was average and the pillows were terrible. The ice maker on our floor was inoperable and so was the juice dispenser at breakfast. Front desk staff was obstinate toward us and other guests regarding special requests like getting an additional blanket. For several hours we were forced to listen to a barking dog on another floor who was clearly in distress. The hotel was clean and easy to check into.
Air conditioning blew hot air. Found out you can reset the thermostat and it’ll blow cold air. Hot tub was cold water.

Disappointing The bathroom was in poor condition. Loose tiles and our bathroom was not actually cleaned when the rest of our room was made up. They had a cap on the AC.. it was at 72°, which would be fine if it wasn’t so humid.. we couldn’t touch the ac up or down and it was so miserably hot and muggy, I actually ended up getting sick from the stuffiness.
Terrible Because the staff was not helpful they had attitude, the maids never came in to clean, it was very stuffy and dirty in the rooms the first room smelt like pee and I switched then the second room did not smell any better. There was dog poop in the elevator and no one cleaned it up. It was not comfortable at all.
Okay but not worth 200 for a night. I can’t believe I paid that much for how hott it was in our room The hott room. The room temperature was so warm and uncomfortable it was cooler n the hallway than in our room. Although there is a thermostat in the room… you cannot change the temp. It states 71 but it was not.
