An ok stay for the price. Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. This made the floor extremely slippery after a shower due to the steam. Several of the porcelain tiles in the bathroom floor were cracked and moved when you walked on them causing my child’s foot to get pinched. The hook on the back of the door was broken so there was nowhere to hang towels or clothing. Poor water pressure. Convenient location, decent price, good breakfast, nice pool and hot tub.

The stay was just “ok” probably will not stay at this location again. Cleanliness and the getting towels from the staff was hard. She questioned me about how many people were in my room. We had 2 washcloths with 3 people. My family does shower at night and in the morning with different washcloths. We were only allowed 3. Comfy bed and the pool area.

It was not a good experience for me It was the tub not clean and bedding smell very unfresh It was clean but the Bed did not smell fresh. I had people above me that sounded like they were doing construction

I didn’t like being lied on and then the staff upon arrival was very dismissive about it I did not like that the staff that I spoke to prior to arrival left an untruthful note on the account cancelling the room instead of relaying that the payment had not processed correctly It met my expectations

The stay was cool just the breakfast my only complaint, I had apple’s & peanut butter for breakfast The breakfast and it only has 1 elevator Breakfast could’ve been better… it was the same and never changed the menu. The prices for the store in the hotel was very expensive.

Disappointing The Arabian Lady was rude and unpleasant to talk to . My whole U-Haul got stolen with all my stuff in there. Food was okay. The African-American front desk lady was great.
