Don’t think I will go back to that location. We was not aware that housekeeping only comes every 3 days. Front desk didn’t inform us until checkout. You have to request towels and bed linen in between time. I think that is very poor decision.

Mold in Room MOLD IN ROOM! When my wife and I first walked in to room 308, it smelled heavily of musty mold and strong cleaner scent trying to cover it up. Upon further examination, we found MOLD on our bedding. Went down to front desk and they were booked solid, no other rooms available. We were in town for the All Star game so the rest of the town seemed booked as well. We had this reservation for months. We tried to be easy, polite, and not be troublesome guests. La Quinta needs to dish out a little money for some really simple updates.. broken faucets and torn shower curtains, tha The place needs a serious face lift. The faucet in the bathroom sink needs to be replaced, it’s loss and you have to manipulate to turn it off. The bathtub faucet is the same.. it is loss on the wall. The shower curtain is ripped and is too short to stay in the tub properly. I could have gone to Walmart and bought a new shower curtain, that is ridiculous. Bad The customer service was horrible. They overbooked my hotel and put me out in the cold. The excuse was that my credit card was wrong after showing them that it was perfectly ok and the mistake was on their end. Nothing

Looks like if it is normally very good, but not when we stayed. Feel we payed a lot more than fair We stayed 5 nights. Only had hot water for one day. "Plumbers" were "fixing" the problem, but hot water didn't get to the 4th floor. Was very frustrating, though I understand that are things that can happen, when we arrived to our reservation, they told us we might not have hot water for 6 hours at the most, and most likely if it really would take that long, we would get a discount on that first day...
