Worst place to stay in Ft worth- by far ! Do not Stay here. The man behind the desk, was rude, aggressive, discriminated against women, smelled like Weed, among other things, was belligerent, I was charged for my stay even when my booking was FINALLY CANCELLED ! Scam artists! Do not stay here. ! Nothing good about the property or the experience and I was charged- ( incorrectly! )

Bad The lady at the desk was rude couldn’t help me with my reservation and couldn’t get me a room so I had to drive elsewhere to get a room

Such a sad and disappointing experience. I was not able to stay at this location. The property canceled my reservation without notifying me due to a credit card issue. A simple phone call or email BEFORE the cancellation would have fixed the issue. I drove 5 hours to the hotel only to not have a place to stay. I emailed the manager and they could not so much as apologize. I explained to the manager that I understood the apology and really a phone call would have fixed everything and that I was disappointed as to not even rec... read more

Not great Dryer was broken, had a hard time getting towels, TP, and trash bags. Only 1 slow elevator. But the worst part was the smell. I am very sensitive to smells and get headaches. They had some sort of infuser in the lobby that was pumping a horrible smell all the time. And u don't have any choice but to go through the lobby to enter or leave. I had to hold my breath and cover my nose. It was so strong. The location is great. Right next to a walmart and a Kroger. The breakfast was good.
