Fair Le personnel n'est pas aimable. On avait une suite avec un canapé lit, on nous a donné les draps pour faire le lit nous même. Le soir en rentrant on nous a livré de la nourriture qui n'etait pas pour nous. On prévient gentiment la réception et on nous demande de la redescendre a la réception. Bad The hotel cancelled the room of our friends on the morning of our arrival while on the flight to Texas. They had to sleep on the floor of the room of our other friends.

Dirección incorrecta en mi reserva Reservé en una ubicación cercana al estadio AT&T y la confirmación de la reserva decía esta dirección y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que era en otra ubicación, por esta situación nuestro itinerario de viaje se nos complicó. Además cuando fuimos a desayunar ya no quedaba casi nada y aún no eran las 9 am y cuando preguntamos nos respondieron que ya todo había terminado Las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas
