This place was not travel friendly Nothing They had NO water at check in and NO HOT WATER until "further notice" this was no where on their site nor posted at checking. Then at check out the worker behind the counter charged me extra, I had to call the manager to get it corrected

Disappointing I didn't get to stay at this facility. After driving over 4 hrs to get there, I was informed there would be no hot water for approximately 72 hrs. I had to cancel the location and book another one. N/A

Good I forgot my jewelry and called before the day staff arrived ( I left at 3:00am). I told them I would be back through Dallas in a little over a week. I was told to make sure i bring my ID that I used at check in. When I went back on May 29 I was told that my jewelry was given to someone in my party. It was only my husband and I and we were on our way to Colorado. The manager’s name is Sylvia. I asked them to question the person who said it was given to someone in my group. We left a few minutes after we got back from lunch. We were promised our money back when the manager got there but have The room smelled of mew-dew carpet and the phone didn’t work. The front desk clerk (Jacob) was really nice and helpful.

Not worth it. At all. Stay away. The floors were sticky, the walls were so thin we could hear conversations in adjacent rooms, the folks above us must have been elephants and were stomping around until close to midnight both nights of our stay. No vent in the bathroom which in turn made the room HUMID. There were deep gouges in almost every wall, stains on every piece of furniture. Won’t be coming back like before. Looking for a new hotel when in Arlington. Stayed here often in 2021 and 2022. It’s definitely declined. Not as clean. Lots of things broken. The location was desirable. Lots of things nearby.
