The Arabian lady was rude and so disrespectful, but the other Lady that took her shift was great. My U-Haul got stolen Near where I needed to go.

Horrific and will not return ever The room was absolutely the worst. I’ve stayed there before, but this time the room smell very musty dirty dingy carpet was not clean linens not clean. Had a strange smell. Didn’t feel very welcoming at all. HOT MESS OF A STAY!!! REPLACE BEDS!! 🤬 Took forever to get my invoice and damage deposit back due to employees (2), playing games with my check out! I should been checked out at 11:15am when I asked her to but it got done AFTER I called telling her to do it asap and that was 12:45pm!!! Sad because good customer service is EVERYTHING when dealing with the public as a income!!! No customers, no income!! Clean the shower heads please n thank you!
