I was disappointed in the quality of the room. The efficiency of cleaning the room was lacking. There was a tear in the carpet in the room. The air conditioning was terrible we could not control it in the room. The price was good and location for my event.
Very Poor
Disappointing I was sick in the hotel for 4 days until family came to get me. I expressed this to staff and they were not helpful. I was not able to go get breakfast, so had no food for 3 days.
Disappointing Outdated. Work out equipment was broken and Outdated. Breakfast was not very good. Keys didn't work in the doors. Could use some more outside seating. It was clean. Friendly staff. Good location, ac was decent.
Poor
A damp, swampy room ruined our stay; I guess someone in maintenance and/or housekeeping failed. The room felt swampy with excessive moisture. Even the carpet felt a bit damp. It was late so I made sure the room AC was cooling in hopes it would dry out the air as I slept. It didn’t help and had a terrible night since it was too late to switch rooms for a one night stay. Shower head.
I wouldn't stay here again. The pool room was unbearable. It reeked of chemicals so badly that it was hard to breathe and made my eyes burn. The carpet outside the room door was wet. It took forever for the room to cool down. Breakfast selection was mediocre. Location was great but accessing the parking lot was a bit challenging. We used google maps to get us there but it led us to a dead end. Luckily we were in a truck and popped the curb which it appeared many had done before us.
Horrible!! The TV kept re-booting. Unable to watch at all. The pull out mattress had a huge pee stain on it. They brought a ro up bed but that defeated the purpose of us paying for a suite. They allow dogs and there was a dog that barked and whined all night right next to us. Them to top it all off in the middle of me showering the water cut off. Then when I got home I noticed they charged me $146.00 and no one can seem to tell me why. I will never stay at another La Quinta Inn again. This experience has really put a bad tas... read more
Fair Scent was terrible even after front desk came and sprayed. I went and bought spray from Walmart and that didn’t help Property looked better than the others one’s nearby
