For the price, it was suitable! The room could have been cleaner. Needs more amenities. The entire floor we stayed on smelled of weed. The location was great, and the bed was comfortable. Quick and easy check in.
Fair My last night the clerk accidentally gave another guest my room number to check in as they were entering my room, I called & went down stairs to let him know. This was an invasion of privacy. Really think this should have been addressed better than saying I'm sorry it was my fault ma'am. I didn't realize the room occupied. Also didn't like the idea of it being pet friendly. The room was nice, beautiful dinning area & lobby.
Not a pleasant stay this time, we won't go back to that one ine The hall was very noisy, a dog barking on its way out every time, of course no buffet breakfast which the price did not reflect! The room was clean. Pool area looked nice didn't get to use it but look good.

I had intended to book the Holiday Inn Express across the parking lot. Last time I make that mistak The elevator was call button was broken and appeared its had been for a wile. The front desk clerk had to run up to second floor and ride the elevator down to get it to open in the lobby. The walls were scratched and vents dented in the lobby. The overall feel of the property was "rundown." It was convenient for my needs.
We had a (2) queen bedroom and one of the beds had such a dip in it that no one could sleep on that bed. The price of the room was too much, should have been $70/night, not an $80+/night The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful

Very Good Had a reservation that couldn't be found. Booked on booking. Com with a no refund policy. Paid with my wife's card. 2 days later I was billed for the same room as a no show. Double billed. Quiet and comfortable with a good breakfast.
