Bad
Poor You couldn't adjust the shower to take a hot shower, the hallways stunk as did the towels. The ice machine on our floor was out of order and the elevator button was stuck for the floor we were on. The TV didn't stay on the channel for a complete episode
Unreliable shuttle and staff I booked a room for an overnight layover, because it offered free shuttle service that runs 24 hours a day. I ended up waiting in the freezing cold (after coming from somewhere much warmer) for a shuttle that didn’t show up and got an empty promise that the Uber I had to pay for would be deducted from my room cost by the employee Jenny. In my 6 stays at this establishment in less than a month time frame i have encountered 2 front door handles not working. keys not working on many occasions.... read more

Bad experience with Room Mismanagement Upon check-in, I was mistakenly given the keys to one room, despite my reservation being for a stay from March 26th to March 30th. However, the following day, after returning from a conference, I was shocked to discover that all of my belongings had been removed from the room. When I approached the front desk, I was informed that my reservation had only been made for one night, which was incorrect. I showed my confirmed reservation for the mentioned dates, but your team was unable to lo... read more
It was nice up until it was check out time The girl at the front desk did not check me out when I turned in the keys and left.
