An older facility showing its age. The room was great. Major issue, communication on broken stuff. Communication from staff/front desk at the start of my stay re: key card malfunctions, a known issue being worked on, would have made all the difference. It was terrible that my key card to access my room worked less than half of the time. Multiple trips up and down to get the card re-activated, big bummer. Disappointing
fair dish tv went in and out. Internet connection set up was horrible. We could not use the internet.
Poor The front desk clerk that checked me in was extremely rude. Argued with me about having a reservation though he did not take the time to review the reservations sitting right infront of him until I pulled out my confirmation email. The toilet in my room ran all night. My room was across the hall from the cleaning crew offices. The cleaning crew was extremely loud, had music playing starting at 6 A.M. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom products were high quality.
1 night stay. The hot tub didn’t work, that was the only reason I booked this hotel. Swimming pool didn’t work either. These should have been mentioned upon arrival. We had SO many issues. I had to walk around with 10 room keys in my pocket because the keys stopped working. We found clothes in the closet, and the faucet for tub was completely broken off, they couldn’t give us a new room because the water didn’t work in the rooms they had left. Bad The inside of the property was not what I expected the room had a urine spell that was horrible. The lime stains all over it. The bathroom was dirty. It was really dangerous for my son who was in a wheelchair. I had broken towels in the elevator. The staff was wonderful
Comfortable beds Very loud. Had trouble sleeping. Comfortable and good location.

Tired hotel. Dirty. Indifferent reception staff member. Noisey neighbours (not the hotels fault!). Sound insulation poor. Could hear conversation in detail. Shower couldn’t give hot water consistently. Location was good. Shuttle service to airport was excellent and drivers should score 10/10 both for info and driving parking was insufficient.
