Shiot comfortable stay with great airport shuttle- disappointed that pool/ spa was out of commission Pool/ spa was closed. Shower in the room was in sad shape. Location, airport shuttle , pillows and bed we’re comfortable
Crappy Pool was broke, keys did not work, both elevators were broke. We had to carry 50Lb bags down 4 flights of stairs in the morning. All side door keys did not open the doors, not just for us, but for everybody. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, no fire. No one’s key worked after that, all people were standing in the hall trying to get back in. In general disrepair. Needs to close until all these issues are fixed and up to standard. Won’t stay at a la Quinta again. Room clean

Broken elevator. Broken door. Keys don't work. Don't stay here The elevator was broke except the back door one. So they told us to pack back there. Yet failed to tell us the back door was broken and it had a written sign that said "leave propped open" it was 1am, we had 3 tiny kids all in strollers and had to walk all over just to get to a working elevator. THEN when we get to the room, the key would turn green but the door wouldn't open. They didn't tell us the trick to pull the handle up instead of down. Super annoying, ev... read more

HORRIBLE. Cannot recommend less. My bedding was not clean, we requested new linens and towels Saturday morning. Saturday night we called and were told they weren't sure if it was changed, they were not. We got our own linens and towels from them and did it ourselves. Also the bathrooms are gross. There were lines of rust running down the inside of the shower in two of our rooms and they were extremely grimy. Disappointing The pool has been broken for months and it did not say that on booking.I specifically picked it for the pool and couldn’t find other accommodations in my price range. Very disappointed in that. You also have to pay extra to park on the property. It is a little run down the elevator is scary and should be updated. Staff was kind and helpful
