Bad Lobby on level 1 and room level had very disappointing smell likewise the drainage/sanitary smell. We have to hold our breathe and then was able to walk from lift to the room. After complaining this to front desk, they didn’t show any concern to solve this issue. There was a very few option. Bad smell was coming from the milk.
Nothing like the pictures and description Breakfast was not served just because they were out. Front staff wasn’t even apologetic about that breakfast was out. Room was not clean and the whole hotel had a strange smell as soon as you walked in. Worst hotel I have ever stayed.
Weak breakfast food No breakfast and the overnight staff was not the best I liked the room it was well located and easily accessible
BED BUGS! WORST STAY EVER! BED BUGS! BED BUGS! BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!! Not only did my whole family get bitten by bed bugs, we were up all night because of yelling in the hallway, bathroom door was a closet door with no locks. Worst experience of my life!! Absolutely nothing

Bad I was not told when I booked that the breakfast was canceled because of COVID. And my daughter ran downstairs to the pool in her swimming suit and was told it wasn’t open. If you know you aren’t offering whatis on the website it should be clearly stated.
I was very disappointed. We chose this chain for the second time because of the wonderful breakfast. Muffins could have been individually wrapped. Different types of biscuits could have been wrapped; sausage, egg, bacon, etc. Yogurt and fruit could have been available. I feel the cheap easy route was taken. Safety was not the reason or individual milk and juice cartons would have been used. We will not stay here again on our return trips and we come 4 times a year to Denver.
