Disappointing Run down poor communication Location
It’s was horrible because staff is horrible very poor staff they did mess they did not do house cleaning it’s the worst
Yuck I have already answered this, several times. We had multiple issues with our key cards, EVERY time we left our room, involving several trips downstairs. The desk clerk could not leave because she was there alone. The shower handle fell off. The toilet rocked and required two flushes to flush it all. The bathroom door was stuck. The air would only be AC artic or heat was on. On day three we had to request housekeeping, three times, to get clean towels and get our trash dumped. Elevator broke down. Disappointing
Fair Der gesamte Poolbereich war geschlossen, darüber gab es vorher keine Info. Im Fitnessraum etliche Geräte "inop". Frühstück mit Plastiktellern, -Bechern und Plastikbesteck... Frühstück endet bereits um 8 Uhr!!! Sehr nah zum Flughafen. Mit dem Hotelshuttle, auch nachts um 2 Uhr, kein Problem.
Our stay was terrible, loud, and disgusting. It was dirty, our room smelled of cigarettes and the bathroom shower had rust stains everywhere, outside the building smelled strongly of marijuana smoke. There was no sound proofing, and it was so loud all night with doors slamming and people walking through the hallways that we couldn’t sleep at all. Won’t use again due to the undisclosed parking fee. Had to pay $10 to park as a guest. If there over 12 hrs would have had to pay another $10! Extra parking fee was not disclosed while booking. Guests in hallway and floor above very noisy until we’ll past midnight. Close to the airport
