Fair Pool had no water in it. Card readers on the outside of the building not working. Computers in lobby weren’t working. Beautiful courtyard,but  outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. Rooms are big enough for queen size beds, but only have full size beds Location

Disappointing The pool and hot tub were not working. The breakfast was constantly empty. The bathroom door was a closet door offering no privacy. The staff let you know that when you check in, the door to your roo. get stuck and there is a trick to opening. I was locked out twice because the key would not work. It was clean

Very upset that the shuttle bus did not come when the schedule dictated he would be there two times The keys to our room would not work, neither were the keys working for several other rooms, so I will wait for that. Problem was longer than we had hoped. The shuttle bus from the airport to our hotel did not pick us up at the pick up spot. We waited over an hour and was finally given a ride by another shuttle company to within walking distance of La Quinta. It was 11 o’clock at night. Overall, employees don’t give a damn. Not worth the money The pool was out of order - it should be mentioned in Booking.com, and at least in the welcome mail they send! A big dissapointment. The lady in the reception was also quite rude, when we mentioned the communication issue. Their breakfast time ends at 8, which is ridiculous - we managed to get the last remnants of food at 7.50… Why couldn’t the time be more flexible? Also, the parking costs you extra money. Need to compensate for lack of sleep and fire alarms at 4am Late checkout was noon. I arrived at midnight and could have appreciated more time to rest especially when the fire alarms turned on at 4am and we had to exit the rooms. Clean and close to DIA
It was bad worse experience I have had staying in a hotel The room was dirty it looked like they only did the bed. When i went in the room the bathroom was very dirty like if someone used it and the bed sheets were on the chair. Plus I got woken up by the fire alarm at 3 in the morning Very nice place
