See above. Terrible service and advertising The room is sold to sleep 4, but it only sleeps 3. The pull out that should sleep 2 is a twin bed. No one sleeps two people in a twin. The staff was not helpful. They did not tell us to pay for parking. We asked for information about local things and they had the wrong info. We will never go back. We will be complaining to corporate. Nothing

Bad Despite the fact that we had done the reservation 2 months before our arrival, the hotel cancelled the reservation without any prior notice, a few hours before our arrival. Result? Children tired after a 22 hour journey standing and crying at the reception desk, at midnight! F*ing HORROR!!!! Avoid it, if you only can.

Nice if you want to be near the airport. Very clean The breakfast ending at 8am on weekdays was really unfortunate, especially considering checkout isn’t until 11. I know they need to start early for flights, but ending at 8am is really really early. The room and all facilities were very clean and looked modern and nice. The airport shuttle was super helpful too
Never again. We deserve money back. Everything. Terrible beds and pillows, 4 chanels for TV the pool was closed and the shuttle was 30 minutes late for our pickup. Terrible.

Very clean hotel but way too much trouble getting room key redone every single day Pool inoperable for last year, we didn’t know. Fire alarm went off twice, no fire. Don’t use roll out couch-mattress only 1 inch thick. Had to get keys demagnetized all 6 days. Breakfast ends at 8 on weekdays. Have to pay 10$ a day to park. Side and back parking is completely dark. Only 1 elevator for entire hotel. Other one was broken. Housekeeping does a great job, very clean! Lobby updated

Disappointing The pool was closed,the elevators didn't work and there was a fire alarm at night, twice. The first time all the hotel evacuated and waited outside, I received no explanation for the reason, my kids didn't want to go back, it ruined all our night. We had an early flight to catch and at 5 am elevators didn't work so we had to use stairs from 4 floor with all our luggage. Decepción. No funcionaba la piscina, el spa, uno de los dos ascensores, por lo que tuvimos que dar una vuelta enorme para llegar a la habitación. El desayuno creo que ha sido el peor que he tomado en un hotel. Comida salida, solo huevos revueltos, que por cierto, dejaban mucho que desear. If you want to stay at a hotel that doesn't have building code violations- this is not the place. None of the facilities were working (pools, hot tub). Most of the staff (except for Jenny) was either rude or dismissive. The fire alarms went off multiple times during the night, and no one had an answer to why. AVOID THIS HOTEL You have to pay $10 per day to park, even on the day that you're staying at the hotel. Bathtub did not drain, key card scanners on doors barely work, pool was closed in summer. Close to the airport and the shuttle was quick
