Not a pleasant stay When we arrived the whole lobby smelled of sewer and I got a different room than what I needed. They moved us to another room with tiny beds. Place is not very clean. Free shuttle to the airport is the only thing I liked.
The facility was okay, but the negatives were a big deal to me. Two things ruined my stay. I was roomed on the third floor, and on that floor was a strong odor. It smelled like sewage. Even the housekeeping staff noticed the odor, and aplogized for it. The other issue was a very noisy pump in the stairwell near my room. The pump ran periodically, day and night, for an extended period, and made a horrible racket. A front desk clerk told me the facility maintenance man said the pump only ran for one hour a day. Great Staff - Bad Facilities Bad odor inside the hotel, you can smell the sewage all over the hotel. Staff and location

Beds we... read more
Disappointing There was literally a party going on across the hall until 1 am. Kind of bulshit. Good location, decent rate
Very Poor Shower inoperable. Loud drunks in hall at night. Location
Fair Rooms were little noisy due to near by rooms at night. We were unable to sleep due to noise coming from next n above rooms
Fair Every day our room key did not work. Our room key got us into the building, so it was obviously not the key itself but rather our door. Each day we went down to the desk and were told “maintenance will fix it tomorrow” and then the next day, after a long day we would return to the hotel tired and just wanting to get into the room, only to not have our key work. We were told to just “fiddle with it” the first night, and it took us 10 minutes just to open our door. The most frustrating part was we were told it would be fi... read more
