mediocre at best. Reasonably clean and Breakfast was on time and on point. Other than that, nothing else stood out. even Pool was under maintenance and TV was automatically & constantly going to Netflix for subscription. Breakfast
Disappointing It’s sad the front desk doesn’t keep cash/change to exchange bills for the shuttle bus tips. Those drivers work hard to bring people in and make the facility money and the front desk is ignorant and not doing its job to accommodate this. How can you be a business with no cash? Organize yourself so you can take care of your staff.

Could be a little gem but lets itself down badly... The pool is closed for long-term renovations. I had booked this hotel specifically for the pool. This was not mentioned anywhere on their site or on booking.com. 2 of the 3 gym machines in the fitness were out of order. The pillows are lumpy. Breakfast is monotonous. There is no variation at all. Only plastic utensils and plates are available, which is strange as the hotel claims to be "green." Under the banner of being green, the rooms are cleaned every 3 days. Horrible The overnight staff is not well trained didn’t let me in my PAID room for 3 hours, bed was very uncomfortable, no shower caps, no body wash, no lotion The size of the room

sad the pool wasn’t in order nor mentioned it was not working the door to the bathroom had noticeable and extensive water damage and there was a crack in the sink as well left over hair ties from the previous guest on the floor. no where on the website did it say the pool was down for maintenance which was a big reason we booked this hotel great location to what we wanted to see and do in Denver the breakfast hall was clean
