not the best experience no maintenance employee toilet out of order in first room moved me, second room heat/AC did not work housekeepers loud in hallway at 7am woke me location front staff was great
Bug infested sleeping on lumpy old mattresses Ensure there's NO bugs crawling around in the rooms, as I encountered numerous bugs which I had to kill - but were they crawling over me while asleep? Asleep on your incredibly used /old mattress that created a challenge even to stay on the bed, as they are grossly used mattresses - ugh! Disgusting all around. Not too much. I suppose the shuttle service was good.
stay somewhere else pool was closed. didn’t post on the website. the bed was super uncomfortable. the bathroom looked like it had flooded and the bottom of the door was warped and routten. the card keys didn’t work spend 5 mins trying to get in my room everytime nothing
Fair The heater in the room didn’t work. Would only blow cold air, ended up unplugging. Room was super cold.
it was ok -elevator was out of service so the walk to the end of the building was long. - Ice machine only works on the 5th floor -every time the room next to me uses the bathroom it feels like they are in my bathroom. - there is a door that opens to the room next to me and I could open it! it should have been locked to feel safe ! - I couldn’t sleep because every time someone opens their door or uses the bathroom I wake up. - the breakfast was poor. they did have a waffle machine tho ! but no dairy free options what so ever... read more
frightening the staff insisted on changing our room. then they gave a stranger a key to our room and he entered in the middle of the night. then the person at the front desk called without apology and wanted ME to give an explanation…no sleep close to the airport

No recomendable para familias! La limpieza del hotel es bastante deficiente, las alfombras estaban todas sucias en los pasillos. El elevador principal no funcionaba y el elevador de servicio parecía que no tenía un correcto mantenimiento desde hace mucho tiempo. En los pasillos el olor a mariguana era insoportable, viajaba con mi familia incluyendo a niños menores. Las almohadas parecían que tenían bolas de algodón adentro y no eran almohadas uniformes.
