Fair The hotel smelled like a sewer and the sheets were stained. Location was good, airport shuttle was very convenient.
Very disappointed! The elevator closest to desk was broken. Have to pay for parking now for the night tour are staying!! There was no hot water when we checked in hoping to take a shower before bed after flying for 18 hours! We have always stayed at this La Quinta but will probably be staying at one of the many others in that area when we fly.
website did not say non refundable. Local staff said you were the only ones that could refund since I could not make it
Gas smells The hotel had a very bad smell and throughout the night I kept smelling gas. When we left our room, I could smell it throughout the whole hotel. Close to the airport
I will look elsewhere. You have a lot of competition in the area. The 3rd-floor had a strong odor of sewer gas. Our shower did not work - broken Rm 315, reported. There was only one functioning elevator in the entire building - seemed unsafe. Breakfast was discontinued at 8 AM. Many families with children arrived to find all food had been removed. The Hotel staff were friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable.
good for value but it would be nice if elevators were working. Also, if rooms came with hair dryer and an ironing board. no ironing board in the room or hair dryer. both elevators were not working at one point. it’s close to the airport and provides a free airport shuttle.
Will not return. UNFRIENDLY PARKING FEE FOR NO REASON! Ridiculous TV system. Poor HVAC controls. Location Price
Fair Breakfast was only served from 6-8am, needs to be a bit longer for people traveling for leisure. Also the shuttle took an hour and a half to pick up at the airport. It was clean
