Disappointing booked a shuttle for 5am to the airport, 4:40 started dropping luggage at the hotel entrance, shuttle """"stepped in and so no one waiting"""", so we missed it, no one at reception to help us, so we took the next one, pure luck, no help from the hotel whatsoever, go to other hotel and get something better near the airport (like the 80 other hotels there are in the area)
Disappointing The pool and hot tub was under maintenance. I called a head to confirm both were open. After dealing with an emergency all I could think about was the hot tub. Got to my room changed into my swimsuit and went down the hall to find out it was closed. So I proceeded to my room but my key didn't work. Had to go to the desk in my swim suit with a lobby full of other guests. Disappointing The bedsheets on my son’s bed had blood stains on them! Light bulbs missing from lamp by the bed. Has shuttle service to airport
Disappointed by broken pool & $10/night parking; "sustainability" was a scam. The main reasons we chose this hotel were: pool, free parking, sustainability, waffles. Pool was broken, no free parking, not sustainable (styrofoam dishes at breakfast). The only thing that came through for us was the waffles. Staff need to get paid more - the woman who checked us in was rude and unhelpful and obviously didn't like her job. Room was clean and spacious.
Disappointing Pool was closed. Hotel was very noisy during the night. There was a strong smell of sewage.

A great hotel room but breakfast is gross and you get ripped off having to pay to park your car. Having to pay to park at the hotel where youre staying is an absolute rip off. As for breakfast, totally gross. The quality of the food is totally disgusting. Its the cheapest nastiest offering Ive come across. The hotel room was idea. It was clean and confortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
