Disappointing mold in shower, hair, makeup on walls. Location was close to food and highway
Horrible all the way around would of rather slept in my car Room was dirty and smelling of mold 6 hours after checking out i was charged $500 for allegedly smoking in room since I don't smoke or vape i called management to ask and see proof and was simply told she didnt need proof they have automatic smoke detectors and to dispute with cc company DO NOT STAY HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU these automatic smoke detectors are marketed as profit makers and are known for false positives. Price was great but the overall environment was just bad. Shower had mold on the baseboard (probably due to no exhaust fan providing poor ventilation). Pretty gross. The door to the floor I was on (ground floor) had an access panel that had been damaged/defaced and was inoperable so the door was propped open with a rock… even during the evening hours. Fair The pillows were awful. Some of the staff was less than polite. The breakfast was not worth it. The location was perfect for our event. The rooms were very clean and spacious.
FIX SMOKING DETECTORS The hotel charged me a $500 fee for smoking even though my fiance and I DO NOT SMOKE. I have contacted the hotel manager and all they told me was to raise the issue with the bank rather than helping and refunding this charge. The entire hallway smelled like cigarretes and weed. We opened the window to air out the smell in our room, but it still did nothing to make the smell go away.
