NO service at all, no clean towels, no clean the room, awful experience.
Beds were comfy. Room wasn't clean. Floors weren't vacuumed. Lots of hair 🤢 How not clean the room was. The elevator was filthy. The luggage carts were filthy. For almost 100$/night you'd expect clean rooms! There was one friendly front desk worker. The other one acted as if he could care less about you.
It was worth the money No one came to clean our room with a two night stay. Also when we came down to breakfast there was no food left for breakfast. And there was still 45 min to go. It was close to where we were staying.

The facilities was nice. The exit door did not work to enter, we requested to have an ironing board delivered, (delivered an iron) the faucet in the bathroom is not fastened secure, the wall outlets didn’t work but that sure was addressed. Location
Bad I booked a two beds room. I have been given a king bedroom. I called earlier before my stay making sure that they are allowing kids in and they stated yes. From the pics you can notice what I was given for my kids. A moldy and dirty bed. It had also all the metal part exposed. I hoped to make it right and asked a few questions to the front office about it and asked to speak with a manager. No solution has been found for me. Definitely, not work the $200 plus dollars a night the hotel jacked up the prices for parents weekend. Hotel was below s First, the bath tub was so clogged up the water wouldn’t drain and my husband had to take out the drain and pulled out 6 inches of clogged hair and gunk. Second, we asked for towels to be delivered to the room and they didn’t come for an hour. Toilettes bouchés Les toilettes de la chambre étaient inutilisables des le premier jour on l’a signalé on nous a dit qu’ils allaient réparer ce qui n’a jamais été fait . Nous étions obligés de descendre dans le lobby pour nos besoins naturels . Nous avons discuté avec d’autres clients qui eux n’avaient pas de douche ..
