Disappointing In the dining room the heater was switched off, and it was extremely cold. Outside it was -20° C. We stayed there 5 nights and they came only one day to clean the room and give us new towels.

Customer service 0 out of 10, cleanliness 0 out of 10 1. Checking in it was 1 pm, I was informed check in was at 3 pm, that they had rooms available but since I was 2 hours early there would be a $50 early checkin fee or I could sit in the lobby for 2 hours and wait until 3 pm. That is absolutely insane to me. 2. After getting into my room I noticed there was someone else’s urine on the bottom part of the toilet, I told the front desk and I was informed to “read the sign” which said cleaning is every third day.
