Disappointing The ac in the gym was broken, the tv in the gym wasn’t connected, the tv in the room was broken, the AC wasn’t the best and the breakfast was gross re everything very unhealthy. The sink was clogged in my bathroom The location and staff were very nice
Decent hotel, unaccommodating staff Our toilet stopped working one night. We called the desk and the said a plumber would come by in the morning. Already a bad scenario not to have a toilet. The next day, a plumber did not come by and when we returned in the evening we found the toilet still clogged and had to change rooms. We did not clog the toilet and it seemed like a preexisting condition and the hotel was very lazy in helping us/following up on maintenance Good location and easy to get to.

Don't stay in the room next to the elevator. Our big issues were room specific. Our room had weird marks on the walls/doors, and brown drips on two of the light switches. It was like the normal surfaces on their cleaning checklist were clean but lots of easy to see cleaning misses that were pretty gross. We also had the elevator on the other side of our wall and someone smoking in the room across from us, so between the smell every couple of hours and the elevator running, I barely slept. Just fine for the price. Breakfast was awful. Coffee was not replenished quickly. Shower/tub not the cleanest. Parking near entrance was limited. Fridge isn’t the room was cheap and without a freezer. Ice machine was out of order. Value for the time of year. Beds were comfortable.
Very Poor When we arrived the lobby was about 95 degrees, no air conditioning or it didn't work or something, IDK. 1ST RED FLAG!! 2ND RED FLAG, there were people in front of us that had been trying to check in for 3-4 hours. Then we tried!! When we checked in they do not accept cash AT ALL, NONE!! Therefore I had to track down a family member to use their credit card because they didn't accept the prepaid visa. 3 hours later we were able to get into our room after driving for 15 hours straight. Breakfast was good.
No room upon arrival They didn't have the room i requested when we arrived, so that left me trying to find another hotel in the middle of the night. It's not a good situation when you can't trust a hotel to have your room. They offered to have management follow up with me but that didn't happen either. The guy at the desk was very apologetic about not having our room
