Fair Too bad that when you ask for a missing towel in a room of three you’re invited to come down pick it up at the reception rather than having it delivered to your room. A good quality/price ratio for a convenient location.
Fair Alles war gut bis auf das Frühstück, was wir nicht hatten. Wir kamen am Morgen zum Frühstück und es fehlte wirklich alles. Laut Auskunft vom Personal wartete man auf den Lieferanten. So kam es, dass wir mit einer Tasse Kaffe und einem Pancake den man dort selber machen konnte "abgefrühstückt" wurden. Eine Geldersparniss wurde nicht gemacht. Es ist schon sehr schlecht, wenn man bezahlt und so etwas akzeptieren muß.
Bad I had very disappointing experience with the hotel management. Five days after I checked out, they charged my Visa card $500, claiming that I had smoked in the room. I was shocked by this accusation, especially since it came days after my departure, with no prior communication or evidence. This raises serious concerns about the honesty and professionalism of the hotel management. Their actions appear deceptive and unfair to customers. The location
It was ok but I am upset that they charged me 75$ as deposit and I did not get it back. They ask for deposit payed by card , no cash was accepted. They said I will get my money back within the same day, we are couple of days after and no money is received back. Nothing was special about the hotel

Will stay at La Quinta again given value, but will NEVER make a reservation through Booking.com I paid in full at the time of booking. The day before the reservation date I received an email requesting payment again. Per the email direction, I responded back with a question asking what was going on. No reply back to me. Showed the email to the La Quinta clerk at check-in. She dismissed it like nothing. She was very clear that La Quinta was not requesting me to pay a second time. Never again The beds are too small. The rooms are not clean. The towels are horrible. The dont give you enough towels. The breakfast is a complete joke. People were outraged. The pool area smelled terrible. The pool was closed on a Sunday. The location is good. The set up of the rooms make it very quiet
