Just not right There was construction going on, which I understand but you would think the management would have told these people to be quiet at 6 in the morning! I mean these two guys were right outside tour window just blabbing away in spanish. It should be common sense to keep it quiet for the guests! Also, our room was not ready at check-in time. LaQuinta the place to go hungry and not get customer service Three different people could. It get our reservations corrected. Our closet door was broken for three days and three different people notified about it. Pretty weak breakfast choices. Most hotels of your range offer some sort of meat product with breakfast. Our door lock needed multiple swipes to finally work. It didn't matter which key card was used.
Don't stay here!! Rude staff. Filthy hotel with terrible service. Had to empty garbage cans myself everyday. Complained to the manager who was abrupt and less than helpful. Will never stay in a La Quinta again. Nothing
Understaffed, skipped second day of "breakfast" and room was very worn down Not enough staff. Typically one person doing everything. Had to wait 20 minutes to check in while staff person took a long reservation call. Room was very worn. Paint peeling off the inside of the tub (never saw that before!). Breakfast was minimal. Only proteins offered were cold hard boiled eggs and commercial yogurt. Overall not a place we would go back to, and I wonder what standards La Quinta enforces. The location was convenient for us.
