Customer service 0 out of 10, cleanliness 0 out of 10 1. Checking in it was 1 pm, I was informed check in was at 3 pm, that they had rooms available but since I was 2 hours early there would be a $50 early checkin fee or I could sit in the lobby for 2 hours and wait until 3 pm. That is absolutely insane to me. 2. After getting into my room I noticed there was someone else’s urine on the bottom part of the toilet, I told the front desk and I was informed to “read the sign” which said cleaning is every third day. Terrible. You shouldn’t have asked for a review so many times. The rooms were not clean, there was a lighter in the floor - bathroom looked like it wasn’t clean from previous client, bathtub didn’t drain. The conjoined room you could see into under the door, it was very loud from the people beside us, dogs were barking through the night. Horrindous stay. It was the only option for the weekend.

Cheap and adequate. It was quite obvious that the room that we stayed in have been forcibly entered it sometime and the repairs to the door or minimally adequate. Location was fine.

I had a medical emergency, LQ is refusing my refund The staff was rude, put me down for staying with a dog, did not allow me to switch rooms when necessary. Available, accepts dogs…
